Samsung ha deciso di trarre ispirazione da un oggetto onnipresente in ogni città italiana, utile ma spesso
esteticamente monotono: la panchina pubblica. A partire da un disegno eseguito interamente su Galaxy Note10
Samsung ha messo in atto il progetto “Re-imagined with Samsung Galaxy Note” realizzando 4 panchine per la città di Milano, con l’obiettivo di sorprendere i suoi cittadini, abbellendo al contempo l'iconico spazio pubblico della Biblioteca degli Alberi.

Samsung ha messo in atto il progetto “Re-imagined with Samsung Galaxy Note” realizzando 4 panchine per la città di Milano, con l’obiettivo di sorprendere i suoi cittadini, abbellendo al contempo l'iconico spazio pubblico della Biblioteca degli Alberi.
L’idea, nata da MC Saatchi, ha visto il coinvolgimento di Studio Gufram e IED Milano.
Il primo, brand italiano che dal 1966 realizza vere e proprie icone di stile, ha ideato e prodotto 3 delle 4 panchine,
mentre un team multidisciplinare di studenti IED (sotto la guida di Charley Vezza - Patron di Gufram e di docenti IED Milano), ha tenuto un workshop dal quale è stata selezionata l’idea creativa della quarta panchina, anch’essa prodotta da dalla storica azienda di Design.
La Family Bench, la panchina vincitrice del workshop IED, grazie al progetto realizzato dallo studente di Product Design Ale Crova è concepita come il luogo perfetto per “due chiacchiere in famiglia”, è costituita da cinque sedute con schienali scherzosi che simulano una famiglia formato cartoon, colorata e iconica.

aesthetically monotonous: the public bench. Starting with a design executed entirely on the Galaxy Note10
Samsung put into action the "Re-imagined with Samsung Galaxy Note" project by making 4 benches for the city of Milan, aiming to surprise its citizens while beautifying the iconic public space of the Library of Trees.
